Once you place an order and finish the payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

All orders are packaged and carried once per month, typically in the first week of the following month. If an obstacle occurs, you will be informed about the delay. Aditionally, when the package is shipped, you will receive an email about the shipping status provided with the tracking number.

Covid-19 Shipping Updates

Currently, the delivery time is back to normal.
That means shipping within the EU takes approximately 7 days. The duration of delivery to countries outside the EU  takes approximately from 10 up to 14 days.
